The World is Going to Pot and All I have is Self Respect

I think it is becoming more and more obvious that many people have lack of self respect...

They damage their bodies by over eating, smoking, excess drinking AND being inconsiderate of others...

If you are like me, polite, considerate and reasonable -- you would be shaking your head at what the world throws at you every day.

And it isn't even funny. Drivers honking and screaming obscenities when you 'dare' to merge onto their lane, co-workers trying to sabotage your career, or even perfect strangers won't take the time to give you directions when you are lost.

All those people have something in common. Lack of self respect and consequently, they are projecting that lack of respect to others.

What to do?
